At Airpedic®, we believe delivery should feel just as thoughtful and seamless as the sleep experience you’re investing in. Every Airpedic® mattress is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and shipped with trusted carriers to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping costs, delivery methods, scheduling, and what to expect once your order is placed.


Shipping Cost

Airpedic® shipping is a flat rate of $249 (per mattress or foundation) for deliveries within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise noted.

Promotional Free Shipping

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions, typically when an Airpedic® mattress is purchased together with an adjustable bed base. If free shipping is available, it will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however shipping costs are typically quoted based on location and delivery requirements. If you are shipping to AK or HI, please contact our team for a custom shipping quote prior to placing your order.


Where We Ship

We currently ship Airpedic® products within the United States, including:

  • The contiguous United States (lower 48 states)
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii

How Your Airpedic® Order Ships

Because Airpedic® mattresses are precision-built and designed with specialized internal technology, we ship them using professional carriers that are equipped to handle large, high-value items safely.

Mattress Delivery (Freight / LTL Shipping)

All Airpedic® mattresses are shipped via LTL freight carrier delivery (Less-Than-Truckload freight). This method is used for large items that require careful handling and secure transport.

Your mattress will be shipped on a freight truck and delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Accessories & Smaller Items (UPS Shipping)

Smaller items such as:

  • Pumps
  • Replacement parts
  • Accessories
  • Select smaller-sized items (when applicable)

may ship separately via UPS.

If your order includes both a mattress and accessories, you may receive multiple shipments arriving at different times.


What Standard Shipping Includes (Curbside Delivery)

To ensure clear expectations, Airpedic® standard shipping includes curbside delivery.

This means your freight shipment will be delivered to the curb or roadside area near your home. Freight drivers are not authorized to move the mattress inside the home due to liability restrictions.

In some cases, the driver may be able to place the shipment in a driveway area, but delivery is still considered curbside offload.

Please Note:

  • No inside-home delivery
  • No setup or assembly
  • No removal of old mattresses or furniture

Optional Value-Added Delivery Services

Depending on your location and carrier availability, additional delivery services may be available for an added cost, including:

  • Delivery appointments for a specific date or time
  • White glove delivery (where available)
  • Removal or disposal services (where available)

Processing & Production Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Because our products are crafted with premium materials and built for long-term performance, some orders may require additional preparation time before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking details.

Delivery timelines vary based on location and carrier scheduling. In general, most customers can expect delivery within:

7–14 business days

West Coast Delivery Timeframes

For customers located in California, Nevada, and Arizona, delivery can be as fast as 3 business days.

  • Weather conditions or regional shipping delays

Freight Delivery Scheduling (LTL Delivery Appointments)

Freight deliveries typically require scheduling. In most cases, the freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide a valid phone number at checkout.


Signature Required (Adult Must Be Present)

Because Airpedic® mattresses are shipped via freight carrier, someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for and accept delivery.

The purchaser or an authorized recipient must be available at the scheduled delivery time. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will reschedule delivery and additional fees may apply.

Airpedic® reserves the right to request additional information from the purchaser prior to delivery if necessary to confirm a valid and safe delivery location.


Delivery Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized purchases, Airpedic® reserves the right to request additional verification before shipping.

This may occur if:

  • The billing and shipping addresses do not match
  • The order is flagged for verification by our system
  • The carrier reports an unusual delivery situation (such as a non-residential location or inaccessible address)

This verification process is designed to protect both the customer and Airpedic® from fraud.


Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Freight shipments may not show detailed tracking updates immediately, and tracking systems may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement.

If you ever have questions, our customer support team is happy to assist with tracking updates or delivery coordination.


Receiving Your Delivery

When your Airpedic® shipment arrives, we recommend inspecting the packaging before accepting delivery.

If you notice visible damage:

  1. Take photos right away
  2. Note the damage on the delivery receipt (if applicable)
  3. Contact Airpedic® customer support immediately

We take pride in our product quality and will work quickly to ensure any shipping concerns are resolved properly.


Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted carriers and experienced freight partners, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier scheduling issues
  • Regional delivery limitations
  • High seasonal shipping demand

Airpedic® is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will always support you in tracking your shipment and ensuring it arrives as quickly as possible.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an address correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, rerouting or rescheduling may not be possible and may result in additional fees.
